You must be 18 years of age or older to order a commission.

I reserve the right to decline a commission inquiry without explanation (though I will usually try to offer one when possible).

I reserve the right to the artwork.

I will post the commission on my social media and my portfolio, unless requested otherwise.

Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order.

I need your legal name and full address for tax filing and for sending you the receipt. I will not use your personal data for any other use.

By commissioning me, you accept to these Terms of Services.

To calculate the price of the commission, please include in your message:

a description of your idea

descriptive AND especially visual references.

First payment
After settling for a price and accepting the commission, I’ll send you a paypal invoice. Please pay the first half of the price upfront to start the commission. For sketch commissions, you have to pay the full price upfront.

Sketch time!
After receiving the money, it’s time to start! I will draw one or two sketches with different ideas/concepts. You choose one of proposed sketches for me to refine. You can request minor changes to the thumbnails to your liking. Up to three major revisions (e.g. different pose) during the sketch phase are included for free. For any further major corrections, I will charge additional 10€.

Second Payment (This step is skipped when ordering a sketch commission.)
If you are satisfied with the sketch, please pay the rest of the price. After receiving the rest of the money, I will finish the commission.

Refining and Approval:
While working on your commission, I will send you WIPs and keep you updated! You can request for changes during this process. I will send you a watermarked screenshot of the finished drawing for you to approve and/or request last minor changes!

After approving the drawing, I’ll send you the drawing in high resolution via e-mail.

Payment in EUR.

If not ordering via VGen or Artistree, payment will only be accepted via Paypal Invoice.

For sketch commissions, payment is upfront.

For all other commission services, Payment is split into two parts. Half the invoice has to be paid upfront to start the commission. The other half has to be paid on approval of the initial sketch.

Up to three major revisions (e.g. different pose) during the sketch phase are included for free.

For any further major corrections, I will charge additional 10€.

Minor changes are possible at any stage of the ongoing commission. However, if the number of minor corrections exceeds a reasonable amount, an additional fee will be charged. I will tell you beforehand, should this amount will be reached soon.

The estimated delivery time is four to eight weeks after the first payment.

I charge *an extra free for deadlines *before the estimated delivery time.

I will communicate with you if circumstances arise that will delay my progress on your commission.

The artwork will be drawn in a similar style as the examples.

Every commission will be drawn in 300 dpi, .png and in DIN A4 / square-format unless requested otherwise.

I’ll send you the drawing in high resolution via e-mail.

I glaze all my art to protect it from AI usages which will leave a visual texture on the artwork. If you need an unglazed version (e.g. for personal printing or transparent use), I can send you one.

The artwork is for personal use only. For commercial enquiries, please send a separate request via e-mail.

Reselling the artwork, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes is prohibited.

Do not use the artwork for NFT or AI.

Do not repost or use the artwork without credit.

I do not offer refunds on completed work.

A full refund can only be requested if the commission has not started yet.

If circumstances arise that prevent me from working on your order indefinitely, I will calculate a partial refund for you based on how much work remains to be done.

Communication is open and will be carried out via e-mail or on the social media page that most suits both parties.
